Desktop Support Engineer

Job Profile:

  1. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, devices, networks, printers and scanners.
  2. Sound knowledge on windows commands and network trouble shooting on Laptop/ desktops.
  3. Windows 8/10 & Hardware knowledge on Desktops, laptops.
  4. Repairing and replacing faulty parts as necessary.
  5. Familiar will all type of software installation and support user in case app/software required to install.
  6. Solving problems related to outlook, virus, and system slowness.
  7. Desktop Configurations, system installations, Hardware assembly
  8. Network level Troubleshooting and basic Network configurations
  9. Operating system related troubleshooting’s Fix OS issue
  10. System Hardware and software up gradations and maintenance.
  11. System Performance monitoring and troubleshooting bugs in OS
  12. Data Backup and Restorations in windows
  13. Antivirus Managements and troubleshooting’s – security Maintenance.
  14. Basic work on Ticketing Tool – User query resolutions

Capabilities:

2) Able to speak the local language, Hindi, and English
3) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
4) Able to handle work pressure in a polite manner.

Requirements:

  1. Under Graduate\ Graduate\Any
  2. Relevant experience minimum 2yrs not more than 5yrs.
  3. Ready to join immediately.
  4. Involves travelling to client sites and offices.
